I had the tires rotated when they did an oil change, and they must have lost 2 of my chrome lug nuts. They replaced them with 2 regular lug nuts that are not chrome, one on each side of rear wheels. I guess I need to quit having my tires rotated at your facility because the first rotation we had done after we purchased the vehicle from you, they forgot to tight the lug nuts on one wheel, and you had to replace it. We avoided what could have been a serious accident, as we discovered this driving on the highway.
