Carina was my service advisor,she done a great job explaining everything to me!! Everything was done to my satisfaction! I actually asked for a couple of extra things to be done and Carina and the mechanics worked those in for me,which was very much appreciated!

Professional and friendly

They were able to get me in since I had a trip planned the next day. They checked my low tire, removed the nail, fixed the leak, showed me the nail & the fixed spot, and that was that!! While they were working, I was able to relax with a cup of coffee & breakfast bar in their lounge while catching the CBS Morning Show.

They come 30 minutes away to pick up my car and take it for the service appointment. They do such a good job!

I found a nail in my tire. Leaving on vacation the next day. I was able to leave my car and tire was fixed! They rock!

I am always welcome with friendly staff and they make my visit wonderful...

Received no calls, Didnt fix the correct issue until I explicitly called in and told them what the problem was, poor Service management
