Brought vehicle in due to Vehicle Software Update message kept coming on. Did what the system said to do and was unable to update. You looked at it and found no problems but the message keeps popping up. Not sure what to do at this point.

We scheduled three weeks ahead to get the lumbar seat fixed and was told the part wasnt available. This is going to require us to return (another 100 mile round trip drive) and another day to get it fixed IF they even inform us of when the part is available

Courteous and quick.

Been 2 times for service and truck has not been washed as was told by salesman. I even have a CEL that comes on when the truck gets wet and explained that, but they said was sunny outside so they couldn’t see why CEL is coming on every time it gets wet.
